Counselling and Psychotherapy Oxford

Emma is currently working remotely through Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom. Once we are able to be in close contact with people again her consulting rooms are in Jericho in the centre of Oxford, and are ideally located to helping individuals and couples with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, difficulties connecting, self esteem, motivation and compulsions.

There are many reasons people come to therapy and it may not be for a major life crisis. It may be that you are just struggling a little and a few individual sessions is all that you need to give clarity to move forward.

It may be that you have come to an impasse and need to work out where you have come from and to untangle where you are now heading with more longer term work

Emma Dashwood has a unique approach to the practice of counselling and psychotherapy.

Using her skills from across a number of counselling and psychotherapy techniques, Emma can manage and treat a wide range of problems that individuals can face in their everyday life.

Emma has successfully worked with a number of students over the years all with varying issues ranging from exam anxiety to eating disorders. Emma has extensive experience in working with couples with relationship problems, and also has built up a strong reputation in life coaching and mediation.
